Memory_V2 is a re-visitation of memory, both literally and figuratively. An investigation of the meaning of "traditional" in contemporary First Nations culture, it was performed at A Space Gallery, Toronto on September 17th, 2010. Memory_V2 is based on an earlier piece, "Memory", originally presented at the Western Front Gallery in Vancouver in 1997.
Memory_V2 was commissioned for RE:counting coup, a new media exhibition presented by A Space Gallery and imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival, 2010
Curated by Cheryl L'Hirondelle
The live performance of Memory_V2 was co-presented by FADO Performance Art Centre
